As Samvarth Media provides customized digital services, this policy is designed to protect both the client and the agency.

By engaging our services or making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Samvarth Media offers digital marketing, web development, branding, video production, social media management, advertising, and AI-based services. These services are highly customized, time-bound, and resource-intensive.

Due to the nature of digital and creative work, once a project or service has commenced, it cannot be reversed or resold. Therefore, refund eligibility is limited and subject to strict conditions.

2. Advance Payments & Non-Refundable Fees

  • All projects and monthly services require an advance payment before work begins
  • Advance payments, onboarding fees, strategy fees, and consultation charges are non-refundable
  • Once work has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances

Advance payments secure resources, planning time, tools, and manpower allocated to your project.

3. No Refund on Completed or Ongoing Work

  • No refunds will be provided for services that are completed, partially completed, or currently in progress
  • This includes but is not limited to design drafts, ad setup, campaign optimization, content creation, website development, and video production
  • Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors

4. Monthly & Subscription Services

For recurring services such as SEO, social media management, ads management, or maintenance:

  • Payments made for monthly or subscription-based services are non-refundable
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle
  • Services will continue until the end of the current paid period

No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or early termination.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email or official communication channel
  • All payments made up to the cancellation date will be forfeited
  • Any completed work till the cancellation date will remain the property of Samvarth Media unless otherwise agreed

6. Service Termination by Samvarth Media

Samvarth Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:

  • Payments are delayed or unpaid
  • The client violates agreed terms or policies
  • The client engages in abusive, unethical, illegal, or misleading practices
  • The client fails to provide required inputs, approvals, or cooperation

In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Payment made in error and reported immediately

Any such refund will be subject to management review and approval and may take time to process.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact Samvarth Media directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and legal action
  • Evidence of work completed and communications may be submitted to payment gateways or banks

9. Changes to This Policy

Samvarth Media reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
